Media Training Program for Journalists from French colonies launched at ADA University
Intensive media training program of journalists from French colonies have launched at ADA University. The program aims to equip media representatives with comprehensive communication strategies to counter propaganda, disinformation, and psychological manipulation spread by deceptive media outlets.
The media training program encompasses comprehensive communication strategies aimed at addressing techniques of propaganda, disinformation, and psychological manipulation propagated by deceptive media outlets. The initiative also emphasizes enhancing media resilience by equipping participants with practical methodologies to identify and counter false narratives, promote the dissemination of accurate information, and effectively challenge manipulative tactics rooted in disinformation practices.
The journalists exchanged views over media challenges and addressed related questions for mutual brainstorming.
As part of the initiative, participating journalists engaged in insightful discussions on media challenges, exchanging perspectives and brainstorming solutions. Additionally, they held a special meeting with students from School of Media and Communication at ADA University, where they shared personal experiences, best practices, and professional insights with future media representatives.
